Only work you save. Photos that pass through an edit session without being saved never leave the device. Saved work — finished edits, drafts you explicitly save, and anything you publish — uploads so it's available on your other devices. AI features are the exception: see the AI Features section below.

So it follows you across devices. Sign in on another phone and your saved projects are there.

Only you, unless you publish or share it. Saved work is private to your account by default.

Delete it in the app; it's removed from your account and from view. Copies may persist for a limited set of reasons — legal and audit obligations, fraud prevention, resolving disputes, backups. To have those erased too, email the Grievance Officer at [email protected]; we respond within one month.

For AI Photo Enhance, AI Background Remover and Magic Eraser, the original photo is uploaded and processed on servers, then the result comes back to the app. These features need a connection.

No. Never. We do not use your photos, videos or anything else you create in Zaps to train or improve any AI or machine-learning model. There is no setting to change, because it never happens.

Some AI features run through third-party technology providers. They process your photo solely to deliver that feature and cannot use it for their own purposes. Providers may be located outside India.

Fair-use and rate limits protect performance for everyone. They reset. They're operational controls, not a fixed allowance.

Yes. Social posts, ads, printed material, packaging, presentations, video, posters, prints for sale — no quantity limit on the finished design.

Yes, you can hand a finished design to one client, provided you have a written agreement binding them to our terms and you remain responsible for their compliance. You may not pass them the underlying templates, fonts or assets.

No. You may use them in your designs, but not extract, redistribute, resell or sub-license the assets themselves, and not offer them for download.

No. Fonts may be used inside Zaps or as part of a design you export, and may not be installed elsewhere, extracted, modified or converted.

No model or property releases are provided. Zaps grants no rights in names, likenesses, trade marks, logos or artwork appearing in stock assets. Deciding whether you need a release, and getting it, is on you.
