Who this page is for

This page is for anyone who connected an Instagram account to Turnip Publisher, the tool Turnip Media Private Limited uses to schedule and publish posts, read post stats, and reply to comments. It explains how to cut off our access and how to have the data we hold about your account deleted.

For Reel Fills, our YouTube publishing interface, follow the YouTube instructions below. Its Google consent screen uses the name Zaps.

What we hold when you connect Instagram

• Your Instagram username and account ID
• The access key Instagram gave us when you connected
• Posts, captions and media you scheduled or published through us
• Stats for those posts, such as views, reach, likes and saves
• A record of comment replies and direct messages sent on your behalf

Step 1: Remove our access

In the Instagram app, go to your profile, open the menu, then Settings and activity › Website permissions › Apps and websites. Find Turnip Publisher under Active and choose Remove.

From that moment we can no longer post, read stats, or reply to comments on your account.

Step 2: Ask us to delete your data

We delete the Instagram data listed above within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done. You do not need to remove access first, but we recommend it.

What deletion does not cover

Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram. Instagram does not let outside tools delete posts, so remove them in the Instagram app. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete your YouTube data

To remove YouTube access, disconnect the connection in Reel Fills under Accounts, or remove the app in your Google Account connections at Google Account connections.

To request deletion of data we hold about your YouTube connection, email support@zaps.gg with the subject "Delete my YouTube data". Include your channel URL and the email you use with our service. Tell us if you also want source videos you uploaded to Reel Fills deleted. Deleting our records does not delete videos stored on YouTube.

We delete the YouTube user data covered by your request as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. This deadline takes precedence over the general one-month response period elsewhere in this policy.
