Yes. Free includes 100+ starter templates, the collage maker, basic filters and standard exports. Upgrade to Pro whenever you’re ready.

Pro unlocks 1000+ templates, Pro stories and carousels, the reels and video editor, premium fonts, stickers and frames, AI photo tools (Enhance, Background Remover and Magic Eraser), and watermark-free HD exports. Brand Kit comes with Premium.

Premium includes everything in Pro, plus premium templates, professional editing tools, a Brand Kit with your own logo, colors and fonts, smart layers, a social content planner and weekly content drops.

You can use Zaps free for as long as you like on the Free plan, and Pro starts with a free trial before your first payment.

Per account. One subscription covers your personal use across your linked devices.

Yes. Zaps is on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play), with the same features on both.

It depends on where you subscribed. On the web, sign in, open your profile menu, choose Manage plan and cancel in the billing portal. Apple and Google control subscriptions bought in the app, so cancel those in the store: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Zaps; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zaps. No cancellation fees.

Yes. If you subscribed on the web, open Manage plan in your profile menu to move from Pro to Premium or change your billing period, and you’ll see what changes before you confirm. If you subscribed in the app, change it in the App Store or Google Play.

Web purchases are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Request a refund from the link in your receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing support@zaps.gg; our refund policy has the details. Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in the app, under their own policies.
