About Roboto
Roboto was first drawn by Christian Robertson as the system font of Android. It mixes geometric shapes with open curves, and it reads as neutral and modern. The current version is a variable font with weight and width axes and italics. It is a practical choice for apps, dashboards and sites that want to feel at home on Android.
